SUBJECT: Notice of General Meeting
FORWARD
2020 has had a profound impact and we were not immune. We saw a suspension of all soccer activities from the Health Authorities, National and Provincial governing bodies, phased approaches to return to modified play and ultimately a cancellation of our 2020 season. As a result, Prince George Soccer Association does not have a registered, 2020 voting membership for the 2021 AGM.
Your Board of Directors is requesting the 2019 registered membership in good standing be carried forward as valid 2020 voting members for the 2021 AGM. The vote will take place, virtually, via Zoom, at a General Meeting on November 24th.
More information and registration details will follow closer to the General Meeting date.
In accordance with Prince George Soccer Association (PGSA) Bylaws, please accept this email as formal notice of a PGSA General Meeting to be held:

TIME: 7:00PM (check in begins at 6:30pm)
LOCATION: Virtually via Zoom Video-Conferencing
PURPOSE: To vote on carrying forward Prince George Soccer Association 2019 registered members in good standing, as valid 2020 registered voting members for the 2021 AGM
NOTE:
The meeting will be facilitated through electronic means using Zoom conferencing with an online voting platform (details and access to be provided closer to the General Meeting date). Pre-registration will be required.
